This project had two major challenges. The first challenge- One year prior to setting foot on this wonderful project we were tasked with meeting the design intent while reducing the overall budget. This is a commonly asked question on many projects and this one had a twist. We could not compromise the look and feel of the project. Superscapes did what we do best, we acted as an extension of the design team and owner’s representative. Without avail we delivered by saving the client several hundred thousand dollars while delivering the highest quality plant and tree material. The second challenge- Meet the completion schedule. To meet the completion schedule our senior project manager and quality control managers worked day and night to stay on schedule without sacrificing quality. An outstanding effort by our entire staff of landscape professionals on a project that will be enjoyed for years to come.
