When Crossland Construction was looking for a partner on one of the largest landscape projects in 2017 they came to us for help. The client had asked "who has the capability of procuring over 550 6" mature trees in less than 3 months"; with our vast network and senior live goods procurement division we grabbed both hands on the wheel and drove with reckless abandoned to meet the client’s desires. In less than 2 months we had procured all the trees and as a bonus lowered the cost of the project by setting up a tree holding facility onsite managed by our in-house project managers to ensure the project would not have a single delay. To this day, we believe our "outside the box" approach avoided weeks or months of delays. Plus, as a bonus by preplanning this project we could control the quality of materials and reduce tree loss to less than .05%. This was simply an amazing accomplishment by our staff of professional landscape contractors.
