The Superscapes, Inc. Team is putting the finishing touches on the first phase of The Gates of Prosper Development in Prosper, Texas. This mixed use development is located at the corner of Preston Road and Highway 380 in Prosper, Texas.

Field and Stream, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Whataburger and Walmart are a few of the retailers already open for business in The Gates of Prosper. Some of the other retailers planning to open soon include Texas Roadhouse, PetSmart, Old Navy and TJ Maxx.

The Superscapes Commercial Landscape and Irrigation teams led by Senior Project Manager, Micah West, have done a great job continuing to add value to the project with eye-catching and sustainable landscape. We are honored to be a part of this exciting project in the great, “prospering” community of Prosper!
